Make sure to also show the cleaner where to find the cleaning products to use – if you have any preferences or surfaces that need special care, discuss these quickly with your cleaner.

However, if you did not like your cleaner, you can easily replace your cleaner in your account and send out a new request for another cleaner. We ask for the reason why you want to replace your cleaner so that we can find the perfect match!
