Through our platform, you can book a cleaner in only 60 seconds. We meet, interview, and perform identity checks on all of the self-employed cleaners. So you can be certain you‘re getting someone who is trustworthy and knows what they‘re doing.

How do I prepare for the first office cleaning?

Each office is different and since it’s the cleaner’s first visit, it’s good to provide some guidance. Ideally, write down a list of priorities for your cleaner. Every cleaner on our platform is experienced, but this will help them to tailor their work to your working environment. When the cleaner arrives, show the cleaner around your office highlighting your priorities. Make sure to also show the cleaner where to find the cleaning products to use – if you have any preferences or surfaces that need special care, discuss these quickly with your cleaner.

Do I have to be in the office for the cleaning?

We strongly recommend that a representative of the office is present least for the first cleaning, so there is someone to show the cleaner around the office and highlight areas that need to be cleaned.

What cleaning supplies do I have to provide?

Unless you’ve requested that your cleaner brings cleaning products, we recommend to have the following cleaning supplies in the office:

  1. 1 vacuum cleaner and 1 mop
  2. 4 cleaning cloths
  3. 1 feather duster
  4. 1 scratch-free spnge
  5. Toilet Cleaner
  6. Limescale remover
  7. All-Purpose cleaner
  8. Fat solvent

Further cleaning supplies are required for adidtional cleaning services, such as:

  1. Interior window cleaning: glass cleaner
What if I don‘t like my cleaner?

We do our best to find the right cleaner for you. We meet, interview, and perform identity checks all of our cleaning service providers. However, if you did not like your cleaner, you can easily replace your cleaner in your account and send out a new request for another cleaner. We ask for the reason why you want to replace your cleaner so that we can find the perfect match!
